Although on-site registration is possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Workshop, advanced registration is strongly recommended to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

Please NOTE that:

• At least one author for each accepted paper must register at a Full Rate.
• Authors registration is due before June 25th. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied with a regular registration and payment by at least one of the authors
• Student Registration must be supported by a proof of status on headed paper signed by the advisor and sent (via e-mail or fax) along with the registration.

(*)    For IEEE Member registration member number is requested.
(**)   Student registration does not include a copy of Workshop Proceedings on printed book.
(***)  Accompanying Person registration only includes Gala Dinner and Aquarium guided visit.

Registration includes:

• Access to the Technical Sessions and Exhibit
• A copy of the Workshop Proceedings (printed book by Springer Verlag)
• A copy of the Workshop Proceedings on CD ROM
• Coffee breaks (Thursday and Friday, October 23-24)
• Lunches (Thursday and Friday, October 23-24)
• Gala Dinner on Thursday, October 24.

Additional items

In addition to Regular registration it is possible to purchase:

• Extra copy of the Workshop Proceedings (printed book and CD ROM): € 70.00.
• Extra copy of the Workshop Proceedings (printed book):  € 60.00.

Payment

The registration must be accompanied with payment of the corresponding registration fee.
All payments must be in € (Euro). Registration fees are inclusive of Italian VAT (20%).

Cancellation and refund policy

Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 29, 2008. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Workshop Proceedings (book and CD-ROM) will be mailed to the registrant. All refunds will be processed after the Workshop.

The Registration Desk will be open for on-site registration and material pick-up for registered delegates

1. on Thursday, October 23, 2008 from 8:00 to 18:00,
2. and the following day during the Workshop hours.

Please remember to bring your confirmation letter with you.
